some issues
limited menupoor experience
the room service was not great. the menu was very limited, and the qcode didn't work at all. i tried calling reception for help, but no one answered the phone, which i found very annoying. it was eventually resolved, but the whole experience was pretty poor.

The receptionist helped me store my bags early. I really appreciated that. i had a king suite, it included plenty of space. it had a beautiful view! the bed was huge and comfortable. i really liked the sparkly decorations in the lobby.
Parking was extortionate. I did not expect to pay so much! the prices of the drinks in the hotel bar were also quite high.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym, that offers treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. a business center provides printing, and photocopying services. I found this useful. there's an executive lounge available .

The hotel sits in the middle of the city. it is near to colleges. Shops and restaurants are also close. all main sights are easily accessible on foot. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

i really like that the location it's perfect. i also appreciated the friendly, organized team i found. the room was very clean and quiet too. concierge took care of my car very professionally at check in and out

the breakfast had a great variety. the hotel location are in the city center, that are great. also, the staff was very friendly and helpful and keen to cater for your needs.
no one answer the phone when i call the reciption. the air conditioning weren't working, uncomfortables. it takes too long to provide any requested service.
