The location worked very well. I could easily walk to many attractions. The bar was comfortable. I also found the staff very helpful. They took care of my luggage with no issues. The rooms were clean. The staff were very courteous, too.
The corridors looked dated. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. When I arrived at 7:30 a.m., I noticed the tables lacked cutlery. Condiments were missing, too. I found no offer to correct it quickly and fast. The room service was poor.

some issues
limited menu poor experience
the room service was not great. the menu was very limited, and the qcode didn't work at all. i tried calling reception for help, but no one answered the phone, which i found very annoying. it was eventually resolved, but the whole experience was pretty poor.

The receptionist helped me store my bags early. I really appreciated that. i had a king suite, it included plenty of space. it had a beautiful view! the bed was huge and comfortable. i really liked the sparkly decorations in the lobby.
Parking was extortionate. I did not expect to pay so much! the prices of the drinks in the hotel bar were also quite high.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym, that offers treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. a business center provides printing, and photocopying services. I found this useful. there's an executive lounge available .

The reception staff were cute. They provided helpful information at check-in. the concierge was friendly and efficient with luggage assistance. valet service is available, and i found it convenient. support with bags was great!

Breakfast included many options. I thought the food was quite good! i saw the chef working to keep everything fresh. the piano bar offers an extensive menu. i ate there and found the staff to be very courteous.

The hotel sits in the middle of the city. it is near to colleges. Shops and restaurants are also close. all main sights are easily accessible on foot. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the hotel's central location proved convenient for exploring the city. i appreciated the efficient valet parking service (it cost £30 per night). breakfast featured an excellent selection, surpassing expectations for this type of hotel.
the hotel lacks designated seating areas outside of restaurant hours.

perfect location friendly staff clean room professional concierge
i really like that the location it's perfect. i also appreciated the friendly, organized team i found. the room was very clean and quiet too. concierge took care of my car very professionally at check in and out
the food was expensive but thats the only downside for me.

the hotel had a lift, escalator and stairs, these take you from the road level up to reception, this was handled very efficiently. the concierge took care of my car very professionally at check in and out. facilities worked well.

breakfast had everything you could want from cereals and pastries through to a full cooked breakfast, it was great. the food at the restaurant was also good, i really enjoyed it. there is also a bar on site.

the breakfast had a great variety. the hotel location are in the city center, that are great. also, the staff was very friendly and helpful and keen to cater for your needs.
no one answer the phone when i call the reciption. the air conditioning weren't working, uncomfortables. it takes too long to provide any requested service.
